Larry Williams

Larry Williams has been a director of Learn.net since January 2001.
Mr. Williams served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of ITC^DeltaCom, an integrated telecommunications and technology solutions provider to businesses in the southern United States from July 2001 until his retirement in February, 2005. Prior to ITC^DeltaCom he was Chief Executive Officer and Director of AAPT Ltd., a publicly traded telecommunications carrier in Australia. He served as Chief Executive of AAPT from December 1994 until October 2000, when Telecom New Zealand acquired the company. He was a founding member of AAPT, serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer from January 1992 until December 1994, (on assignment from MCI Communications). He also served Telecom-*USA as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from October 1987 to September 1990, when it was acquired by MCI Communications. From September 1990 to January 1992, he served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for MCI Communications Southern division. From October 1980 to October 1987, he was Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for John H. Harland Co. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of AOL Australia. During his tenure in Australia he also served as Chairman or Director of several Telecommunications and Internet-related companies.
