Rodney L. Milligan
Member of the Board of Directors
Rodney Milligan has been a director of Learn.net since
its founding. He has been Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Air Quality Sciences, Inc., an indoor environmental
testing and product certification business, since 1996.
Previously, he held a similar position with InterMed Healthcare
Systems, Inc., a software development company for the
healthcare industry.
Mr. Milligan was VP of Finance for VideoStar Connections
from 1984 to 1989, when the company was acquired by EDS.
He continued in that capacity with EDS until 1990. Previous
positions include two years as AvData Systems VP of Finance,
and association with CPA firms, Coopers & Lybrand and
DeLoach & Company.
Mr. Milligan earned a BBA in Accounting from Georgia Southern
University. He has been a licensed CPA since 1978.
