Videos/audios of claims investigations, assessments and negotiations (shown here), etc. can be “shot” with a standard mini-cam, the text easily “synched,” an on-line test added and all be ready to assign to all internal and contracted Claims personnel in three days, max. Courses can be assigned and results are tracked and reported to management.

Video quality is high (even over dial-up), and low scores can cause course re-assignment.
