ATLANTA (January 2004) - Learn.net, a premier corporate
online training provider today announced the appointment
of Larry Duckworth as President, Chief Executive Officer
and a Director. Mr. Duckworth succeeds Ken Leddick, who
will continue in his role as Chairman of the Board and
remain an active participant of the executive management
team.

on tailoring our knowledge management and contents solutions

finance advisory company. Prior to EGL, he served as CEO
and Chairman of iMedeon, now ViryaNet, a provider of Web-
and wireless-based software applications for the energy
and telecommunications industries, with GE Equity as a
principle investor. Mr. Duckworth brings over 18 years
of executive experience in the technology industry to
Learn.net, including Chairman and CEO for USBA Holdings,
Inc., President and COO for ICI, CEO and Director for
ASI, CEO for Momentum Software Corp. and President of
Intercomputer Communications Corp.
